Came back from my younger cousin[sophia] birthday chalet yesterday. I could only say that, cousins are good to be exploited, like how she used me and aaron as chef and BBQ fire starter respectively. Yeah, my cooking aint really that good, but i was trying this new thing, lol. Its Taupok with egg toufu between(cant find fish paste). Its crispy yes, but kinda not sweet like fish paste. Ended up putting honey on top of it and in between, and truned out not bad. Glad her friends and my bro thinks its nice. lol.And it helped that my bro was a scout. The heat of the fire he created was really just nice. Imagine the chicken grilled over slow fire and constant flipping for more than 15 mins and near half an hour, than coated with honey and baked again before served. lol. I must say that phia-phia is a really good host though she had to attend to people from like 3~4 areas of her life at one go(yeah shes like some big shot cos grandma's birthday dinner got postponed cos of this chalet)
So, we stayed up the whole night, me and my bro, with one bunch of bananas and one bunch of girls. Intended to watch 'Kiss of the Dragon' starring Jet Li, but our show was paused when they wanted sophia(whom they all address as 'xiao hei' - little black) to open her presents which consist of stuff like slippers from new urban man, bracelet, ipod nano(yes your eyes are not making fun of u, its an IPOD NANO) psp cover, fake psp, and in the end, a real psp slim was also invloved. I can only say, i think her friends either darn love her alot, or that they are rich. lol. Played Indian poker and a few games subsequently, and yes, drinking was involved. started out as a family thing because me, aaron and sophia all were doing the forfeit initially. lol. Yeah i can say i had some fun last night. And yeah, phia phia's the clown. lol.
OK now, its not like i dont have a group of friends whose as crazy. lol. i had a belated belated birthday suprise at East Coast Bedok Jetty last last friday. To cut a long story short, Chaos planned a surprise while some others helped to make it look like a pure fishing trip. lol. Ended up did not catch any big fishes, but, i was glad. Surprise of Surprises is that, ALOT of them turned up after one and a half year, the only ones probably missing are either those overseas or shark and mirley. Tim Chaos Anna Jayce Emgay Joe Jem Vonn Pest Pris Nic and of course, Val. The were all there. Hope can find a photo for this. lol. Present was cologne from HUGO and an arty farty card with nice strong strokes and well as thin gentle touches, of course a personal collection from our SFC designer Vonn. Maybe they think i am smelly, lol, but jem sent me this message, "... Tim owns at least 5 bottle of cologne so if he thinks you are smelly then ......."
A little episode happened which kinda spoilt the whole fishing trip. Some itchy hand went to steal my bro Aaron's handphone(yeah he was there. Good thing we only realised when the gals were leaving, and i had a really good and happy time up till then), but little do i know that it is in God's plans for this to happen. Events unfolded quite fast a few hours after that incident. Basically, i returned home that night with my bro, totally affected by the theft. I told my bro that in my 3 handphone lost case, God had never returned me any of my phone, so i told him straight in the face, 'IF U GET IT BACK LATER, I'LL TREAT U BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER!". But my bro believed that he would get it back somehow.After washing up, i went to bed at about 7am, but was woken up by a phone call at 7.44am. freaky, it was from my bro's phone! Turned out, this malay taxi uncle went fishing and found it, so he drove all the way to my house to return the phone to my bro. We were guessing that the thief was guilty so he left it there and the nice taxi uncle found it. Praise God! but i still have to keep my word and treat him one day's worth of meals. lol. (<-- yes SFC personal from my batch, this whole paragraph is copy and paste from the email i sent u guys lol) Oh yeah i also had a personal cake baked from a joint effort of jayce and emm :) thanks dudes, i tried to finish the cake. lol. it was BIG and Chocolaty, but nevertheless, love was a key ingredient so it was nice, and also the whole birthday surprise. haha.
Yup, and i think apple Macbook Pro is super pro. Its damn fun! the camera with the funy function! heh.
