today got injured by jonathan again.. right kneee.. as expected.. just like all other people he had injured.. now abit swollen.. i realli dunno wad to say abt this junior of mine manz.. whole day injured peepz..
sir came back this week.. zai.. changed the weights programme..than horhz.. actualli i went there earli just to do faster than luff at those that come late.. than sir come say cahnge everything... wah!1 ji sad lorhz.. hafta do from scratch.. the put weights on the shoulder is the onli one i did to quota.. abt 75 kg weights.. that my own weight lorhz.. than the train wrist one.. i onli did like.. abit more than half my weight.. the benchpress.. not much improvement.. still 60 kg.. sian la.. than pt.. did alot of new stuff.. like.. run 5 rounds aard a bball court.. but sir clap than we must like.. run and turn at the same time.. and each time turn diff direction.. wah.. 5 rounds simple.. turning hard and tired.. sumore floor so wet.. normalli is soak in sweat.. now dun even haf space to soak sweat man.. all abit muddy de.. haha but quite fun la..hahaz...
